Glenn Jones is the Principal Consultant and Managing Director of the company.  Glenn has extensive experience in all aspects of competency based training including training needs analysis and curriculum development.  

He has also written technical documents for various industries including construction, transport, disabilities as well as multi million dollar grant applications.  He has been the lead writer and analyst for strategic and business planning.

He has been a guest lecturer at the University of New England and to various senior management teams on transformational management business operations in Australia and the application and implication of training within businesses and organisations.

Louise Jones

Louise Jones is the Office Manager and coordinates the back office and manages the business functions for the organisation.  Louise is meticulous in procedures and bring discipline and  systemic management to the organisation.

Kris has been a long term associate who expertise in human factors, working in the mental health and disabilities fields as well as human resources and grant applications.  Kris has worked on curriculum development, outplacement counselling and web based OHS for the disability industry.

Megan Moon (Sandy Feet IT Management)

Megan Moon is co-founder of Sandy Feet, an IT specialist business based in Paddington in Sydney.  Megan has    worked in almost all facets of the IT industry including being the IT Manager for Campaign Palace for over xx years.  Megan provides input on IT related training, E learning concepts and with her strong interpersonal skills and effective communications to all levels within organisations.

Megan has worked on curriculum for crews to new trains, engineering training at shipyards and IT training to a variety of workplaces.

Mike O'Connor

Mike O'Connor has a long and successful history in Government administration, corporate governance and financial planning and investment.  Mike provides advice and guidance in these fields for our clients as well as supporting our outplacement counselling programs.

Nicholas Jones

Nicholas Jones provides back office support to the team, in particular he manages our 'Shaping the Future in Business' CD collection.  Nicholas also handles document conversion to and from various formats and template stucturing.
